Rich and his team at D3 have completed two projects for me: the first renovated my home which comprises a 1934 brick cottage with a newer part that had some very idiosyncratic features; the second project replaced the kitchen.

I highly recommend the D3 team; they are an easy team to work with, everyone was always personable and professional, and they have a passionate pride in their work. Of course there were unforeseen problems with an older home and Rich, or the site leader, patiently took me through possible solutions that were creative and aesthetically pleasing while respecting my budget.  

Each day the site was tidied up, both projects were delivered on the agreed date, and any follow up work was easily organised and completed.

Richie and the D3 team were incredible to work with during our rebuild and renovation to our family home. Due to the size of the project it was a long campaign and Richie and his team guided us every step of the way, through what can be a stressful time.

Richie’s attention to detail in his work is second to none and has a great ability to manage the various parties involved from design teams, architects and contractors to keep the experience for the client as seamless as possible. We are thrilled with our dream home!

In addition we would like to thank you for completing the work in the shortest possible time, with a minimum of disruption to our day-to-day activities. Furthermore, you turned up when you said you would and cleaned up where possible, after each day . It was a pleasure to have D3 Projects carry out the work for us.

We spent a painstaking amount of time meeting with multiple construction companies before engaging D3 for this purpose. Our vision was to create a peaceful space which felt more like a home than a medical facility. We wanted to engage a team who was passionate about their work and truly cared about the outcome. Attention to detail was a requisite. The establishment of a trusting relationship between the project manager and ourselves was essential.

Richard is a gifted communicator with a remarkably creative problem-solving approach and the patience of a saint. He went above and beyond to support and reassure us throughout the construction process. We felt safe in his hands every step of the way. Every time we visited the site, Rich's team were hard at work. They pulled long hours without complaint. They were respectful, polite and always cleaned up after themselves.  

It was a privilege and a pleasure to witness the team's skilled workmanship and the absolute pride they take in their work.  

We cannot recommend Rich and his team highly enough. We will be eternally grateful to D3 for creating a space which is a delight to work in and share with others. The love that went in to the construction of our hospital is palpable - we feel it every time we walk through the doors and can't help but smile with gratitude.
